上面这一段是James老师讲授Hold构成的一些习语（idioms）。习语在英语的学习中有着非常重要的地位，复旦大学外文学院教授葛传椝老师对此尤为强调。在James老师的这个195集的大资源包中，idioms的解说是很多的。

为了方便大家参考。我把这195集内容的详细目录放在本文最后，感兴趣的朋友可以去详细翻阅。

需要特别说明的是，这195集视频，全部配有独立字幕（srt格式），如果需要使用，要把文件下载到电脑本地硬盘后才能正常显示。手机上直接播放是不能显示字幕的。当然，也可以选择不使用。srt这种独立文件形式的字幕，好就好在这里！
