I will recommend my friend to take the subway when travelling in my country, especially in my city. The most important reason is that this way may help him avoid traffic jam and save time. Frankly speaking, the traffic in my city is really terrible, numerous cars running on the road everyday. During the peak hours, if you want to travel to another spot, merely driving 10 km, probably a taxi driver will have to spend around one hour! If choosing the subway, not only it will be less crowded, coz the subway in my city is very spacious, but it may also help you save time; one stop costs less than 3 mins. Wherever you wanna go, the subway can help you ensure the punctuality and time efficiency.

Your city is about to build a new factory so as to provide more job opportunities for citizens, however, the factory might lead to environmental pollution to some extent, do you agree or disagree to build such a new factory?

If this factory would be built in my city, I would definitely say NO! The most important factor is that the environmental pollution in my city has been very serious, such as the constant smog, the sand storm, many contaminated rivers, the vehicle exhaust and so on. If there is another factory producing pollution, such as releasing sulfur dioxide, the carbon dioxide, then breathing can be a nightmare and such an environment may lead to diseases to some extent. Our government should keep a balance between job opportunities and environment protection. If we don’t have the blue sky and clear air, we will not feel happy no matter how much money we earn.
