I can’t agree with his idea anymore, because this may greatly improve his traffic condition. He doesn’t have to worry about the bad weather, no matter it is rainy or snowy, hot or cold outside, he can just sit inside his car, having a cozy journey on his way to school. He will feel fabulous and comfortable.
Also, the part-time job is not a heavy burden. It is common for students to have some part-time jobs, such as being a waiter in Starbucks, being a salesman for a shopping mall. As long as he keeps a balance between his job and his studying, it is not a problem at all.
Task 2
Your university is going to allow citizens from the society to audit classes with undergraduates together without receiving grades or earning credits. Do you think this is a good program and why?

I really don’t think it is a reasonable option.
Firstly, this choice may not be good for undergraduates who are actually taking the classes for credits or grades. Those auditing students may not be well prepared; they may ask basic questions and even slow down the pace of class discussion. While those non-auditing students will spend a lot of time preparing for the classes.
Secondly, this choice may increase the workload of professors. If adding those auditing students in class, professors may have to prepare extra handouts, learn extra names or possibly answer those students’ questions and so on. All these will distract professors’ attention.
