我国教育部考试中心与美国教育考试效能中心（ETS）12月11日在京联合发布托福iBT考试成果对接我国英语才能等级量表研讨作用。

教育打点部分标明，我国英语才能等级量表与托福考试成果对接将进一步推进我国外语评价体系的世界交融。

“The linking is of great significance because it enhances the international influence of the country’s foreign-language assessment system and promotes the international integration of educational standards,” he said, adding that it will help Chinese schools and test takers better understand the requirements of international tests and the meaning of their scores.我国英语才能等级量表与托福考试成果对接对前进我国言语才能标准的世界影响力，推进教育技能标准的世界对接具有重要意义。该研讨成果有助于我国学生、学校及考生非常好地晓得世界考试的需求及成果意义。

美国教育考试效能中心托福项目总司理穆罕默德-库沙（Mohammad Kousha）标明：

▌啥是托福考试？

托福考试（Test of English as a Foreign Language），英文简称TOEFL，这儿说到的iBT意思是internet-based test，即“网考”，于2006年起在我国施行，其时被业界称为“
